About me
 
I hold national and international certification from the following organizations: College of Executive Coaching, International Coaching Federation (ICF), American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). 
 
I earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut with a specialization in Giftedness, Creativity, and Talent Development. Currently I am an Emerita faculty member at William & Mary. I have mentored gifted and creative individuals for more than 30 years.

I am a member of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaches, International Coach Federation (ICF) and the ICF Virginia Chapter and I adhere to the ethical standards of each organization.
